What it is
HArmonyCa is a hybrid injectable from Allergan Aesthetics that combines hyaluronic acid with calcium hydroxylapatite in a single product. HArmonyCa with Lidocaine is authorised by Health Canada and was the first dual-action collagen-stimulating injectable of its kind available in Canada.
How it works
The hyaluronic acid component gives lift and contour immediately. The calcium hydroxylapatite microspheres then stimulate collagen renewal gradually, so the early result is replaced by your own tissue over time rather than simply fading.
It is indicated for facial soft tissue augmentation and is placed deep in the dermis or below it. The formulation includes lidocaine for comfort during treatment.

Where we use it and how long it lasts
Mid-face and jawline, where both immediate support and gradual firming are wanted.
Duration depends on the individual and on technique; the manufacturer reports results lasting up to around eighteen months.
