We recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Should you require cancellation, please contact us at (905) 695-6956
24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. A cancellation fee of $100 or 10% of the treatment, whichever is more, will be charged for no show or cancellation made within 24 hours.
Please note that treatment and product pricing is subject to change at any time. Prices on our website and in-store do not
include taxes. The Sales Tax (HST-13%) will be added to the total of a guest’s services and products.
Specials/Promo/Sales can not be used or combined with any other offer or promotions.
Gift Certificates may be purchased at any of our locations. All Gift Certificates issued from Rejuuv Medi Spa contain a Gift Certificate number and Barcode that will be redeemed once used by a guest. Unfortunately, we are unable to process any
returns or reimburse any payment transactions on the Gift certificate. Rejuuv Medi Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen
Gift Certificates. Gift certificates are non replaceable or refundable.
Treatment Package Refunds
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds on any used or unused sessions for individual services or service packages. However,
if possible, unused treatments may be exchanged to equal value treatments. The full cost of each treatment will be deducted from the amount paid and the remaining balance may be issued as store credit, at the discretion of Rejuuv Medi Spa.
Rejuuv Medi Spa reserves the right to review all refund requests and make a decision on any resolution. Please contact us for full terms and conditions.
Product Returns & Exchanges
Please understand that for sanitation reasons we are unable to offer returns on opened skin care products. A 14 days refund or exchange to unopened retail items is permitted with original receipt.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Debit, Cash, UnionPay, Alipay and Interac E-Transfer. We do not accept personal checks.
